Payment Policy

RESERVATION: Once your application is approved and we have held puppy picks, a $500 reservation fee will hold your new puppy! Your reservation fee is non-refundable but can always be moved to another litter of choice. The remainder balance will be due before or on scheduled puppy pick-up date.

WAITLIST: Families who are on our waitlist will pay their remainder reservation fee balance during puppy pick dates. Visit our Waitlist Policy page for more information on how to join our Waitlist! 

PUPPY PICKS & GO HOME: Puppy picks will begin between 5.5 and 6.5 weeks old either in person or facetime. Puppy go home dates will be after their 8-week vaccinations/check-up. We allow a 72-hour grace period after the puppy’s go home date where we will hold the puppy free of charge. After the 72 hours is up there will be an additional charge of $20 per day for each day your puppy remains in our care. If your puppy is staying for longer care, the puppy balance must be paid on the original scheduled Go Home date. 

HEALTH/SPAY & NEUTER CONTRACT: Our puppies are sold as pets ONLY with a strict spay/neuter contract. Breeding rights can be obtained to approved programs for an additional fee.  All puppy sales are final with the exception of the 72-hour health return policy stated in our contract. (Please refer or request the health/spay neuter contract to review.) 

Please note, that if there’s no communication and puppy is not picked up after 7 days, Breeder holds the right to find the puppy new placement and reservation fee will be forfeited along with any puppy care costs.
